Laser Marking System DPLMagic Marker®

The diode pumped laser marking systems made by the ACI Laser GmbH have been developed for complying with important market demands. This is the integration of all optical, electronic and mechanical components in one housing. Alternative solutions for water cooling, fibre optical connections and costly electrical supply units have been used.  The integrated thermo-electrical cooling system avoids costs, space and maintenance for additional supply and cooling systems and with this it provides for stable operation of the solid-state lasers. This results in an enormous reduction of operating costs.

The marking laser DPLMagicMarker is characterised by its compact design. It is the ideal equipment for lasermarking of plastic material.

MagicMark® software MAGICMark V3
The simple operation of the graphical user interface of the software allows fast creating of complex marking programs. Additionally to the extensive graphic functions, the software offers a Visual Basic programming module, which facilitates our customers to integrate the system into the production lines. Even the most complicated data communication can be realised easily by using this method.
